  If your idea of fun is to spend 3.5 years in court, then hire these people. If that's not your idea of fun, RUN AWAY. I strongly, emphatically, suggest that before you do business with them you look them up (spelled out in case Google doesn't allow links) at the Better Business Bureau, BBB*org (Note:Since they have multiple addresses just search by "Superior Exterior" in Illinois, no City), look up their corporate certificate by Googling for "CORP/LLC - CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING". Using judici*com look up court cases in Ogle, Lee and Whiteside counties. Look up Winnebago court cases by Googling "Clerk of the Circuit Court Winnebago County"
  
  If you like to spend time in court pursuing unethical, incompetent contractors and decide to use them, then I suggest that you
  1. Pray, a lot
  2. Buy your own materials. I couldn't find any local supply companies that will do business with them and know at least one manufacturer that won't warranty any products installed by them.
  3. Keep a journal with pictures.
  4. Communicate only in writing/email. No phone calls.
  5. Before you sign their contract, ponder the significance of what you found when you looked up their corporate certificate. Demand a legible copy (customer copy they give you is just about impossible to scan/copy). READ very carefully the back of the contract, there's a very unusual clause in there, currently towards the bottom.
  6. Know exactly how to do what it is you've contracted with them to do and watch them like a hawk while they do it.
