  Awful business man..never did finish my A/C work. Paid him half up front to buy my unit, came back and dropped it off. Did not finish the install..cost me days without pay waiting for him to show up and never did. Had to pay another company to finish it! Please do not use S & P and save yourself a headache and days without pay waiting for Steve to show up!
