  When I bought my $250 pair of redwing boots I was promised a once a month free cleaning and conditioning for the lifetime of the boot... Which was only provided to me once.. and then I took my boots in for the 2nd time and they brought them back to me with oil splattered on them 3 min later and said they were only doing conditioning.. and they were no longer honoring the cleaning they promised me at the time of purchase ....
